Job Descriptions
· Efficient & high quality implementation of sales and customer care at the centre
EAs are responsible for sales of an area given by CMs and for customer care to all internal and external customers
· Reporting
At all time EAs should know and be able to report on all aspects of the responsible areas related to sales and customer service efficient and high quality operations (point 1)
· Communication
Communicate well with other EAs and staff from other departments in the centre including teachers, Head TA, admin staff, tealadies, security guards and etc.
· Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to develop, improve and add value to Poly’s centre operations in line with the strategic goals of their centre(s) and the organization
· Other duties
Perform other duties assigned by the Line Manager or the Dotted Line Manager if required.
Job Requirements
· Good command of Korean is a MUST
· Candidates who have experience in education sector are preferred
· College or Bachelor degree
· Good communication, sale skills, customer relationship
· Be able to work independently as well as in a team
· Basic English communication
